telephone/fax numbers and email/mailing addresses. UTC travel may at times ask
for cardholder name, credit/debit card number and expiration date for the
purpose of completing your travel purchases. We may disclose customer
information to companies such as our suppliers for travel purposes or other
services on your behalf. Other parties may include appropriate airlines, hotels,
car rental companies and credit card merchants to make travel arrangements in
order for us to serve you better. However, you will have the right to tell us
not to share your personal data.
PRICING INFORMATION
Airfares do not include
additional fees and are subject to change. Applicable taxes, handling fees,
surcharges, weekend fees and others will be added.
RECEIVE EMAILS
You may occasionally receive
emails regarding special promotions, military specials, flight information and
to provide you your travel confirmation. We respect your time and attention by
controlling the frequency of our mailings.

UTC Vacation Travel reserves
the right to amend or change this policy at any time for any reason and revision
